Park Amenities:

The Shenandoah City Park is a lovely and lush public park that residents and visitors can enjoy.  Open daily from 6am - 10pm, the park features a 1/3-mile walking path loop, basketball courts, a multi-use field (with soccer goals and baseball backstop), outdoor exercise equipment, pickle ball and tennis courts (with backboard), plus playground equipment and a public splashpad that children will enjoy.

Additionally, City Park also features a 1,200 s.f. covered pavilion with an outdoor kitchen with a coal-fired barbecue grill, sink and countertop, picnic tables and public restrooms.  Should you be interested in renting this facility for a family event, please go to our City park/pool rental information page.  Please note that in order to rent either facility, you will need to create a login, complete our rental agreement forms and pay for your rental via our secure credit card payment system in advance.

City Park Rules:

For the protection of property and public safety, new park rules are now in effect. Signs will be posted at the park with the rules. Park Rules are enforced by City Ordinance.
