HOUSTON, TX (May 12, 2023) - Goode Company Fish Camp is excited to announce its new seasonal menu launching on Wednesday, May 17. Nestled in a lush pocket of Shenandoah/The Woodlands, the seasonally inspired restaurant will be rolling out new seafood dishes like deviled Gulf crab on the half shell, Gulf seafood skewers and chilled seafood towers, as well as new cocktails like the Singapore sling, espresso martini and more.
“Our goal at Goode Co. Fish Camp is to always bring the highest quality seafood to our guests” said Chef and President, Levi Goode. “This menu celebrates the joy of a fresh catch and the ritual of gathering around a homemade meal. We’re excited about this new menu and we can’t wait for our friends and neighbors in the Woodlands to come out and try it.”
Other menu items guests can expect to see include hearth roasted Gulf oysters, smoked Gulf fish dip, a wood-grilled filet and summer citrus & fruit salad, to name a few. New cocktails include a shaken piña colada, a Goode Co. old fashioned, a rum-groni, which is the restaurant’s take on a negroni using Jamaican and coconut rum in place of gin, and more. The wine list also features new and familiar offerings, designed to complement the indigenous ingredients found in the menu.
Fish Camp is a seasonally-inspired restaurant influenced by Chef Levi Goode’s regular travels to the Goode family fish camp, a rustic cabin on the shores of Christmas Bay near San Luis Pass. Baked into life on the Gulf was a no-nonsense approach to preparing seafood, a dogged belief that, when it comes to fresh fish, less is more. Fish Camp is a fresh interpretation of this timeless ethos.
